6th IPD RealWorld Conference
22-23 September 2010
St John’s College, Cambridge

There is now less than a week before the 6th IPD RealWorld Conference. With over 100 delegates attending, this event promises to provide you with the perfect opportunity to network with your peers in the intimate setting of Cambridge University.

The conference will focus on current issues facing the property investment industry. Many complicated property investment instruments have flooded the real estate market and now, post the financial crisis, we examine whether the forms of property investment and finance were flawed in the first place. We ask whether we are getting the regulation we need to fix financialisation or whether we can expect the market to resolve everything.

As in previous years we will be holding 3 workshops on the morning of 22 September focussing on the following topics:
