A great turn out this morning for The APB and Property Finance Forum joint breakfast seminar. Stuart Morley the Economist at GVA Grimley, Jonny Hewlett the Managing Director of Diesel UK and Nick Deeks the Director of International Real Estate at Costco Wholesale focussed on how the economy is driving retailers' occupational strategies and the corresponding effect on landlords and their financing banks. It was interesting to compare the analysis from Stuart Morley with the on the ground experience of Jonny Hewlett from Diesel.
